IcoPower is an independent Energy Service Company (ESCO) that designs, implements, and arranges its own financing for projects aimed at improving the energy efficiency of facilities over a 3-5 year lease period.

We are the leading ESCO in East Africa and the Indian Ocean, providing comprehensive energy efficiency solutions and services across diverse industries. Our business model is based on Energy Saving Performance Contracts whereby our payment is directly linked to the amount of energy saved by the project.

In essence, we act as energy efficiency project developers because we integrate the project's design, financing, installation, and operational elements. Our remuneration is based on Energy Saving Performance Contracts whereby our payment is on a shared savings basis.
